Ilka is my fave. She’s moorit grey, bred by our good friends at Stark Hollow Farm and the last remaining ewe from our small starter flock. Long and tall with beautifully crimpy fleece and exceptional parasite resistance. Dancing Lamb milking lines from both her dam and sire. She’s an easy lamber who reliably raises vigorous, healthy, fast growing lambs. Born May 10, 2017.

Solid moorit twin out of Edith and Linger Hem. Likely carries spotting. Eleanor was small at birth, but found her footing mid summer and caught right up to the rest of the lamb crop. Balanced conformation with lovely coppery fleece.

Heterozygous white ewe from The Creeks Edge. Carries moorit, with mouflon or solid for her second pattern. Good health and good conformation. A lovely Hergill granddaughter! Despite being the last ewe to lamb AND a yearling, she was able to get her ram Meri to 100# by the fall- no easy feat!

Hurra is a daughter of Lingerfold’s prolific TCE ram, Tog. She inherited his large frame and deep, stocky, muscley build. Very silky fleece and calm disposition. Black grey mouflon, could carry moorit and spotting. Hurra is our biggest ewe, topping out around 190#.

Bred by Alder Creek Ranch and coming to us by way of Top Hill Farm in Oregon, Drifa is the daughter of AI sire Drifandi. She has my favorite Icelandic body type, long and rectangular, and perfectly balanced front to back. Heterozygous white carrying solid, black for color.

Piccy is a moorit badger Ilka daughter who spent the past few years in southern New Hampshire, but when we heard the farmers were dispersing their flock, we jumped at the opportunity to welcome her back. Clary Sage is a large bodied heterozygous white ewe from Hestholl Icelandic Dairy in central VT. She carries moorit, as well as solid pattern under the white. Dancing Lamb milking lines from both dam and sire. She consistently throws massive twin lambs every spring and feeds them well into September.
